01How fast is delivery?
Our promise is in our name: Get Fresh Juice in 30 Minutes. Where we deliver, we aim to reach you in about 30 minutes from when the store confirms your order. At busy times it can take a little longer — the app shows your order's live status.
02Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver locally around our store. In the app, enter your address and it tells you before you pay.
03Is everything made fresh?
Yes. Every juice, shake, lassi and smoothie is made when you order it, and every fruit bowl is cut when you order it.
04Can I choose the size?
Most drinks come in two sizes — pick one on the product page before adding it to your bag. Bowls and combos come in one size.
05Can I cancel?
Yes, until the store confirms your order — open My Orders and tap Cancel. After that it is already being made.
06What if something is wrong?
Check your order when it arrives. If an item is wrong, missing or spilled, tell us straight away and we will replace it or refund it.
07How can I pay?
Cash on delivery, or online with UPI, cards or net banking.
08I have a food allergy
Please ask us before you order. Our kitchen uses milk, curd, cream, nuts, seeds, chocolate and cookies alongside fruit.
