01Who you are buying from

02Placing an order
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when the store confirms it. Until then we may decline it — if an item has just run out, if a price was shown wrongly, or if your address is outside our delivery range. If money has already been taken for a declined order it is refunded in full.
03Made to order
Our juices, shakes, lassi, smoothies and fruit bowls are made when the store confirms your order. That is why an order can be cancelled only until it is confirmed, and why a drink that has been made cannot be returned — see our Refund Policy for what happens if something is wrong.
04Prices and charges
The price shown for each item is the price you pay for it. Delivery is free on orders over ₹299. Below that a delivery charge of ₹30 is added. You can pay cash on delivery or online. Prices can change at any time, but never after you have placed your order.
05Sizes and pictures
Product photos show the drink or bowl, not an exact portion — garnish, ice and colour can vary from glass to glass because everything is made fresh. Sizes are shown on each product page.
06Allergies and ingredients
Our menu uses milk, curd and cream, nuts and seeds, chocolate and cookies, and many fruits, all in the same kitchen. If you have a food allergy, please ask us before you order. Drinks are best enjoyed soon after they arrive.
07Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself; anything ordered from a signed-in account is treated as ordered by you. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access and we will sign every device out.
08Our content
The photographs, names and wording on this website and in the app are ours. Please do not copy them onto another shop or listing.
09What we are responsible for
Delivering what you ordered, made fresh, and putting it right when we do not — as described in our Refund Policy. We are not responsible for delays caused by things outside our control, such as traffic, weather or a wrong address.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
