What Juicebala collects on this website and in the Juicebala app, why we hold it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

01Who is responsible for your data
Juicebala. Questions about your data reach a person at juicebalaofficial@gmail.com.
02What we collect
Only what an order needs: your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address, and the orders you place with us. If you create an account we keep those so you do not retype them. If you sign in with a one-time code we send it to your email or WhatsApp; the code itself is never stored in readable form.
03Your location (optional)
In the app you can let us use your phone's precise location — only while the app is open — to fill in your delivery address and to check whether your address is within our delivery range. You can always type an address instead. We never track you in the background, and the location saved with an address is only used to deliver to it.
04Photos and documents
If you choose a profile picture (from your camera or gallery) it is stored on our server with your account. Sellers who apply to sell on Juicebala upload identity and business documents for verification; those are used only to verify the seller and settle their payouts, and are seen only by our team.
05Notifications
The app registers a notification token with us (through Google Firebase) so we can tell you about your order, reply to your chats and ring for a call. You can switch notifications off in your phone's settings.
06Chats and calls
When you chat with us in the app or on this website we keep the conversation, so whoever answers can see what was already said. For voice or video calls with the store we keep a record that the call happened — when and for how long. Calls are not recorded.
07Juicebala AI, our assistant
Messages you send to Juicebala AI are answered by an AI service working on our behalf, using our menu. The conversation is kept with your account so our team can read it and take over, and it is deleted with your account. Please do not share payment details or passwords in any chat.
08Crash reports
If the app hits an error it sends us the error message, the screen it happened on, the app version and the phone's operating system, so we can fix it. These reports do not contain your name or contact details. The app has no advertising and does not use an advertising ID.
09What we never see
Your card, UPI or bank details. Online payments run on our payment gateway's own secure page — what you type goes to them, not to us. We are told whether the payment succeeded and its reference, and nothing else.
10Why we hold it
To make and deliver your order, to send you order updates, to answer your questions, to keep the accounts and tax records the law requires, and to keep the shop and the app working and safe.
11Offers, and how to stop them
We only email offers to people who agreed to hear from us. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link and it works immediately. If we message you about offers on WhatsApp and you would rather we did not, tell us and we will stop. Order updates keep coming, because you need those.
12Who else sees it
Only the services that make an order happen: the payment gateway, the email and WhatsApp services that send your codes and updates, Google Firebase for app notifications and crash reports, the hosting that runs this site, and the AI service that drafts Juicebala AI's replies. Your name, number and address go to the person delivering your order. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anybody else's advertising.
13How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept as long as accounting and tax law requires. Everything else — your account, saved addresses, photo, chats and call records — is deleted when you delete your account or ask us to.
14Your rights
Write to juicebalaofficial@gmail.com and you can ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or the deletion of your account and its data. We reply within a few working days and we do not ask you for a reason.
15Deleting your account
In the app: Profile → Delete my account. On the web: juicebala.com/delete-account/. Your account, saved addresses, wishlist, photo, chats and call records are erased; order and invoice records are kept only as long as the law requires.
17Children
Accounts are meant for adults. If you believe a child has given us personal data, tell us and we will delete it.
